Assyrian Graphic Designer Rashel Thomeh and 14 other UIC Graphic Design seniors, as a team, developed and proposed an identity system for the Barack Obama Presidential Library and Museum as their senior thesis project.

The Society of Typographic Arts (STA)is hosting a celebratory exhibition this Friday, October 9th at 7:00pm. for pieces that they have chosen to be submitted in their 2015 Design Archive, including Rashel’s work.

Creative Mesos is so looking forward to celebrating Rashel’s huge success. It’s a pretty big deal to make it to the Design Archive, this piece will forever be included in a database of works deemed worthy by some of the industries most notable figures. Make sure you RSVP your free admission and make an effort to arrive ahead of time if not on time.

Among being submitted to the Design Archive, the identity system was additionally selected as “Judges Pick” by competition juror Bryony Gomez-Palacio.
